Job Description

Total Precision is seeking an experienced Process Improvement Project Manager to lead a transformative project aimed at enhancing our manufacturing processes through advanced automation and digitalisation of processes. The successful candidate will:

  • Lead the specification, implementation, and management of appropriate automated solutions.
  • Lead the optimisation and digitalisation of processes, ensuring seamless integration to improve operational efficiency and production performance.

The successful graduate will lead this project, in a supportive partnership with North West Regional College (NWRC) as part of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Boost Programme and will also have the opportunity to avail of a Post Graduate Diploma with Queen’s University Belfast as part of the employment offering.

Essential Criteria

  • 2:2 Degree (Level 7 NFQ) in Manufacturing Engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge in automation technologies, digital system integration and data collection systems
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland/EU; if you do require a visa/work permit allowing you to work in Ireland you must upload a copy of it with your application.

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing in an engineering environment
  • Knowledge of IT systems in a manufacturing environment
  • 2 + years’ experience in manufacturing engineering
