NOUVEM is a SaaS company that helps food processors across the UK and Ireland improve efficiency, compliance, and traceability. Our platform is used by meat, fish, poultry, Food Service and food manufacturing businesses to streamline production and maintain regulatory standards.

We operate at the intersection of technology and food manufacturing, bringing modern digital tools to an industry that still relies heavily on paper and manual processes. Our goal is simple; to make every process traceable, efficient, and compliant, while providing managers and teams with the data they need to make faster, better decisions.

Job Description

NOUVEM is seeking a technically skilled Software Solution Specialist to contribute to the development and implementation of NOUVEUM products.

Working within our Implementation Department, you will initially lead a new project—our AI Integration Platform. This role combines technical leadership, data-driven problem solving, and project coordination across internal teams (Implementation, Management, and Software Development), academic partners, and early-adopter customers.

The Software Solution Specialist will drive innovation, ensure timely delivery, and help transform NOUVEM’s software into an intelligent, AI-enabled ecosystem.

The Company operates remote working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a new NOUVEM AI product through development and implementation in collaboration with SERC.
  • Implement the NOUVEM solution at customer sites.
  • Manage project scope, milestones, and deliverables in line with the 18-month work plan.
  • Contribute to system architecture, database integration, and AI model deployment workflows.
  • Work hands-on with data pipelines and vector database structures, including SQL-based data extraction and transformation.
  • Coordinate testing and validation using real-world customer data to ensure robustness and scalability.
  • Communicate progress and technical outcomes to stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
  • Support product rollout and transition into ongoing AI product management.

The successful graduate will lead this project, in a supportive partnership with South Eastern Regional College as part of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Boost Programme.

Interviews will be held approximately week commencing: 15/06/2026
