Job Description

We are looking for a specialist to design and implement a digital operations management system integrating off-the-shelf tools with custom connectors. The solution will unify data, support financial oversight (forecast vs actual costs), optimise pipeline scheduling, and estimate material costs to enhance manufacturing efficiency, visibility, and strategic planning.

The job role will include:

  • Software Integration using Application Programming Interfaces.
  • Requirements Analysis and Design/Developing integrations for an ERP system.
  • Aggregating, cleaning and transforming data for data migration.
  • Integration with manufacturing machines, interfacing with Amada nesting software.
  • Business Intelligence data analysis, visualisation and bespoke dashboard/report development.

The successful graduate will lead this project, in a supportive partnership with Atlantic Technological University as part of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Boost Programme.

Essential Criteria

  • Min 2.2 Degree in Computing/Software Engineering or related subject.
  • Experience of completing data analysis in an employment or academic context.
  • Experience of completing a computing project in an employment or academic context.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Northern Ireland/UK and travel throughout the island of Ireland if required; if you do require a visa/work permit allowing you to work in Northern Ireland/UK you must upload a copy of it with your application. Failure to provide a relevant Visa/Work permit will result in your application not being considered.

Desirable Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years of Postgraduate Experience with Data Analysis or Software Integration.
  • Project Management experience on an industry project or Project Management Qualification.
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment.
