This position is with Intosport Ltd. The role forms part of an Innovation Boost project supported by InterTradeIreland. Salary support under the programme is provided for 12 months; however, the employment contract is with Intosport Ltd and is not limited to the funding period.

Job Description
This role is to recruit a Systems and Process Improvement Project Manager, who will be central to the company’s growth strategy over the next 5 years and will focus on ensuring IntoSports Ltd have the right operational-excellence systems in place to support our planned expansion.
Working at the intersection of design, technology, operations and logistics, the Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Mapping current business processes, identify operational and system requirements, research and evaluate suitable technology solutions, and lead the selection, implementation and embedding of new systems to improve business performance (across all sales channels and product types - including B2B and B2C).
- Drive the innovation of bespoke garments and fabrics optimised for sublimation printing, embroidery, and partial customisation.
- Preparation of all associated documentation and training staff so that the new system is fully transferred and embedded in the company’s operations.
- Collaborate with academic partners to translate research into practical industry applications.
- Work with cross-functional teams spanning design, production, technology, and operations to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project budgets, risks, and timelines, reporting progress to company directors and funding bodies.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, use initiative, and resolve operational issues effectively while keeping relevant stakeholders informed
The successful graduate will lead this project, in a supportive partnership with University of Ulster as part of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Boost Programme.
