Job Description

This is a new role in Interflow Logistics focusing on managing development of a new bespoke digital logistics platform.

The platform will allow customers to book onsite services, transportation, payment integration, tracking systems, proof of shipments and more, with full integration within Interflow's internal software systems and processes, offering a paperless system for customers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the project as product manager with the responsibility of representing the end user’s needs throughout the project.
  • Liaise with delivery partners and internal teams to ensure successful and timely rollout.
  • Develop functional specification and requirements of the platform.
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate the new service into Interflow's internal software systems and processes.
  • Change Management to prepare and support internal teams for the new platform.
  • Support the sales and marketing team to deliver demos.

The successful candidate will lead this project, in a supportive partnership with North West Regional College (NWRC) and will also have the opportunity to avail of a Post Graduate Diploma in Innovation Management with Queen’s University Belfast as part of the employment offering.

Essential Criteria

  • Degree in IT/Computing or Degree in other field with significant experience working in an IT environment.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the Republic of Ireland; if you do require a visa/work permit allowing you to work in Republic of Ireland you must upload a copy of it with your application.

Desirable Criteria

  • Product Management Experience
  • SAAS Development Life Cycle Experience including Planning, Designing and Implementation
  • Project Management Experience
