Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated CRM solutions.

The candidate should have the ability to:

  • Analyse existing business processes,
  • Identify opportunities for automation, and
  • Configure CRM systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

In addition, the candidate must bring strong expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and AI to extract, transform, and interpret data for business value. This includes developing dashboards, generating performance reports, applying predictive analytics, and using AI-driven models to optimise customer engagement.

The successful graduate will lead this project, in a supportive partnership with DkIT as part of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Boost Programme.

Interviews will be held approximately week commencing: 17/11/2025

Essential Criteria

  • Degree in maths, computing or related subject
  • Experience in Software Integration and machine learning modelling
  • Three-plus years of experience with relevant coding languages and tools such as Python, R, Tableau and Power BI
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Northern Ireland/UK and travel through the island of Ireland if required; if you do require a visa/work permit allowing you to work in Northern Ireland/UK you must upload a copy of it with your application. Failure to provide a relevant Visa/Work permit may result in your application not being considered

Desirable Criteria

  • Exceptional communication skills, including interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Practical industry experience with a strong understanding of business processes.
  • Proven ability to solve technical problems both independently and collaboratively within a team.
