This position is with Efficient Renewables Ltd. The role forms part of an Innovation Boost project supported by InterTradeIreland. Salary support under the programme is provided; however, the employment contract is with Efficient Renewables Ltd and is not limited to the funding period.
Efficient Renewables is an award-winning team of renewable energy experts that specialise in designing, specifying and installing renewable systems such as Thermodynamic Solar Panels, PV Electric Solar, and heat pumps, both geothermal and air to water, for both domestic and commercial buildings. Our mission is to reduce our customers’ energy costs, save money and reduce carbon footprint
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Project Manager to lead a transformative project to transform our operational and management processes throughout the business. The successful candidate will:
- Lead the specification, implementation and management of appropriate digital solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage the rollout of improved processes.
- Lead the implementation of CRM and ERP systems to streamline the companies’ internal processes.
- Work with stakeholders to deliver improvements in various departments.
- Lead the optimisation and digitalisation of processes, ensuring seamless integration to improve operational efficiency and production performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to new processes and procedures.
The successful graduate will lead
this project, in a supportive partnership with North West Regional College as part of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Boost Programme.
