This position is with Donnell and Ellis. The role forms part of an Innovation Boost project supported by InterTradeIreland. Salary support under the programme is provided for 12 months; however, the employment contract is with Donnell and Ellis and is not limited to the funding period.

Job Description
This is a new role within the company to lead and deliver an exciting process improvement project to increase manufacturing productivity.
The suitable candidate will develop an understanding of the current manufacturing techniques utilised within the company and develop improved processes for several key areas of the manufacturing system. Some of the key duties for the position will involve:
- Supporting analysis and design of manufacturing processes with a design-for-manufacture focus.
- Collecting and analysing performance data to track improvements in utilisation, flow, and throughput.
- Supporting knowledge transfer and embedding improved processes into standard manufacturing operations.
- Leading day-to-day delivery of the project against agreed milestones and outcomes.
The successful graduate will lead this project, in a supportive partnership with Atlantic Technological University (ATU Donegal) as part of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Boost Programme.
