Job Description
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the transformation from manual processes to advanced automated systems in design and manufacturing at Creative Wood. This exciting position entails the comprehensive planning, execution, and successful implementation of a state-of-the-art CAD/CAM-based system aimed at significantly enhancing operational efficiency. By reducing errors, increasing production capacity, and improving responsiveness to customer needs, this project seeks to elevate the overall performance of the company.
The primary objective of this initiative is to streamline workflows, seamlessly integrate 3D CAD technologies, and refine production processes to effectively meet the demands of a rapidly growing market. In this capacity, the Project Manager will coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring that all teams work harmoniously towards common goals. Moreover, the role involves meticulously managing project timelines and budgets to achieve desired outcomes without exceeding resources.

The successful graduate will lead
this project, in a supportive partnership with Southern Regional College (SRC) as part of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Boost Programme and will also have the opportunity to avail of a Post Graduate Diploma with Queen’s University Belfast as part of the employment offering.
