Software Development Project Manager, Celuplast Ltd

Job Summary

This position is with Celuplast Ltd. The role forms part of an Innovation Boost project supported by InterTradeIreland. Salary support under the programme is provided for 18 months; however, the employment contract is with Celuplast and is not limited to the funding period.

Celuplast is a fabrication and distribution company serving the RMI (Renovations, Maintenance & Improvements) and construction sector in Ireland and the UK.

We are Ireland’s trusted supplier of quality building products, from roofing and flooring to cladding, doors, and outdoor solutions. We’re 100% Irish owned and have proudly served homeowners and professionals nationwide for over 35 years.

We are targeting further growth of our artificial slate and home extension system by developing an end-to-end 3D design and configuration platform that will allow homeowners and their builders to design and view home extensions, while also generating accurate pricing and quotes.

Job Description

We require a software developer to join our dynamic team to help develop this new product.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders (homeowners, builders, production staff);
  • Developing functional and technical specifications;
  • Devising UI and design flows;
  • Developing a 3D configuration platform utilising parametric/procedural design;
  • Creating a 3D model library of configuration options;
  • Implementing appropriate API integrations with existing systems;

The successful graduate will lead this project, in a supportive partnership with North West Regional College (NWRC) as part of the InterTradeIreland’s Innovation Boost Programme.

Interviews will be held approximately week commencing: 13/07/2026

Essential Criteria

  • Degree in IT/Computing or related field;
  • 3+ years’ experience in software development roles;
  • Previous experience with graphics programming;
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland/EU and travel throughout Ireland as required; if you do require a visa/work permit allowing you to work in Ireland/EU you must upload a copy of it with your application. Failure to provide a relevant Visa/Work permit may result in your application not being considered.

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous Project management experience;
  • Experience working with API’s;
  • 3D modelling and design experience;
  • Previous experience or knowledge of construction sector;
  • Experience with parametric/procedural design;
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
