This position is with Brooke & Shoals Fragrance Ltd. The role forms part of an Innovation Boost project supported by InterTradeIreland. Salary support under the programme is provided for 12 months; however, the employment contract is with Brooke and Shoals Fragrance Ltd and is not limited to the funding period.

Brooke & Shoals Fragrances is a premium Irish brand known for mood-boosting scents, sustainable ingredients, and ethical production. Founded in Greystones, Co. Wicklow by Fragrance Designer Alison Banton, the brand offers award-winning candles, diffusers, and body products.
The product range is stocked in almost 200 retailers across Ireland, including Meadows & Byrne and Dublin Airport. All products are crafted from scratch, with Alison’s creative input shaping everything from scent blends to packaging. The home fragrance line features 14 unique blends and has over 80 products in the range.
Sustainability is central to the brand’s ethos, using vegan plant-based waxes, and vegan diffuser oils bases from sustainable sources. Packing is printed locally to reduce environmental impact and support Irish jobs.
Job Description
This is an exciting role to support the continued expansion of the company, focusing on the development and implementation of a fully digitized SAAS solution from front end to backend. This would include process redesign and digitisation from sales order gathering, to invoicing, to CRM, to stock management, to inventory tracking, to manufacturing and forecasting.
This role will include:
- Developing a good understanding of the workings of the business and the sector it operates in, its customer requirement, its products and manufacturing constraints.
- Analysing current analogue processes and existing SAAS systems.
- Mapping how the different areas of the business interact with each other and identifying process improvement
- Analysing potential systems to identify integration points, tying to business objectives and system requirements.
- Designing system architecture, integrating accounting software with suitable technologies/software components for inventory management.
- Implementing system integration and migrating data from previous manual system.
- Setting up data collection processes for sales analysis.
- Developing algorithms to analyse sales data and identify trends/patterns.
- Creating production scheduling modules that minimise waste of products with shelf lives.
- Testing system, training staff and deploying finished product.
The successful graduate will lead this project, in a supportive partnership with South Eastern Regional College (SERC) as part of the InterTradeIreland’s Innovation Boost Programme.
Location & Transport
This role is based onsite at the employer’s premises and commuting arrangements are the responsibility of the successful candidate.
