This position is with Costello Windows. The role forms part of an Innovation Boost project supported by InterTradeIreland. Salary support under the programme is provided for 12 months; however, the employment contract is with Costello Windows and is not limited to the funding period.
Hybrid Costello Windows is a family-owned manufacturing business established in 1979 and based in Glin, Co. Limerick. With over four decades of experience, the company designs, fabricates and installs aluminium-clad and uPVC window and door systems for the Irish residential construction and renovation market.
Operating from its own manufacturing facility, the company carries out extrusion, fabrication, welding, assembly and finishing in-house, supported by dedicated installation teams. This integrated model allows Hybrid Costello Windows to manage projects from initial measurement and specification through to manufacture, fitting and aftercare.
The business serves both private homeowners and regional builders, with a strong presence across Munster and surrounding counties. In addition to new-build and replacement projects, the company is active in energy-efficiency upgrades, including works aligned with national retrofit initiatives. Its long-standing reputation is built on quality workmanship, repeat business and a strong regional customer base.

This role will play a key part in modernising how the business manages production, stock, job tracking and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and document current operational workflows across sales, production and installation.
- Translate business needs into structured digital processes and system requirements.
- Lead the setup and rollout of an integrated business management platform.
- Implement job tracking and production visibility processes within the factory environment.
- Support stock control structure and operational reporting improvements.
- Coordinate system testing, user feedback and phased deployment.
- Work closely with management and supervisors to ensure adoption and measurable impact.
- Monitor performance improvements in efficiency, visibility and capacity.
This role is expected to evolve into a permanent Digital Operations Manager position following successful project delivery.
The successful graduate will lead
this project, in a supportive partnership with North West Regional College as part of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Boost Programme.
