The company specialises in designing and producing bespoke sports and leisurewear, particularly for GAA, camogie, LGFA, schools, colleges, and corporate clients, with full in-house design, printing, and embroidery capabilities. Job Description

Digital Workflow Project Manager – will drive innovation by exploring digital workflows to enable a 24/7 online sales presence and rapid B2C fulfilment.

The Project Manager will oversee optimisation of digital workflows to create a 24/7 online sales presence and rapid B2C fulfilment. Working at the intersection of design, technology, and business development, the postholder will ensure the successful delivery of technically challenging outcomes and knowledge transfer from academic partners into industry practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all project phases, from market research and product design to prototyping, testing, and commercial launch.
  • Drive the innovation of bespoke garments and fabrics optimised for sublimation printing, embroidery, and partial customisation.
  • Map, analyse, and optimise digital workflows to support automation, efficiency, and 24/7 B2C fulfilment.
  • Collaborate with academic partners to translate research into practical industry applications.
  • Work with cross-functional teams spanning design, production, technology, and marketing to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project budgets, risks, and timelines, reporting progress to company directors and funding bodies.
  • Identify and pursue commercial opportunities, partnerships, and scalability pathways arising from the project.

The successful graduate will lead this project, in a supportive partnership with University of Ulster as part of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Boost Programme.

Essential Criteria

  • Degree/Master's in Textile Technology/Design, Product Design, Operations, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital workflows and bespoke design technologies
  • Proficiency in IT and digital platforms such as Adobe and Clo3D
  • Legally entitled to work in ROI and travel through the island of Ireland if required; if you do require a visa/work permit allowing you to work in Ireland/EU, you must upload a copy of it with your application. Failure to provide a relevant visa/work permit may result in your application not being considered.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience with sportswear design or performance apparel.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, optimise processes, and support data-driven decision-making across design and production functions
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and collaboration skills.
