Job Summary

Innovative Total Solutions Ltd is Ireland’s leading supplier of Universal Robots, Mobile Robots, grippers, and accessories. The company also manufactures production and automation machines used in many industries throughout Ireland. ITS has its own in-house facilities to design and develop its products.

Job Description

The successful candidate will assist in the research, deployment, support, and integration of the Integro ERP system, ensuring it aligns with the company’s needs and operations. Responsibilities will include:

  • Research and selection of internal digitalisation system, focusing on Integro ERP implementation.
  • Integration between various software solutions using APIs.
  • Working with staff at ITS to deliver the project.
  • Taking responsibility for the overall project and helping to represent the user’s needs throughout the project.

The successful graduate will lead this project in a supportive partnership with North West Regional College (NWRC) and will also have the opportunity to avail of a Post Graduate Diploma with Queen’s University Belfast as part of the employment offering.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 2:2 bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, equivalent in Software systems.
  • Knowledge of Integro ERP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and their integration with business processes.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland; if you require a visa/work permit, you must upload a copy with your application.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience with software integration using APIs.
  • Experience of ERP systems integration and integration within business workflows
  • Self-motivated, with lots of initiative and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, excelling at completing tasks to set deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a proven record of working well with people at all levels.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new skills.
