Job Description

This is an exciting role with a fast-growing organisation to lead the development of a novel new AI-driven platform for the advertising and marketing sectors.

The candidate's role will involve:

● Leading the development of a new LLM based user interface and Ai Agents for the Buymedia platform.

● Maintaining LLMs, Ai agents and functionality derived from them using emerging datasets and developing training and validation protocols.

● Leading the development of new features to support market-specific application domains.The successful graduate will lead this project, in a supportive partnership with Queen’s University Belfast.

Interviews will be held approximately week commencing: 17/11/2025

Essential Criteria

  • BSc/BEng, or MSc/MEng from an accredited institution or globally recognized program in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience in machine learning and/or information retrieval algorithms and systems
  • Knowledge and experience of common machine learning frameworks and methods.
  • Clear evidence of programming skills.
  • Data analysis skills and experience
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland/EU and travel throughout the island of Ireland if required; if you do require a visa/work permit allowing you to work in Ireland/EU you must upload a copy of it with your application. Failure to provide a relevant Visa/Work permit may result in your application not being considered.

Desirable Criteria

  • PhD in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience in the training and evaluation of large-scale deep learning systems using Pytorch
  • Experience with modern NLP tools and frameworks, such as Huggingface
  • Experience in NLP modelling, particularly using Transformer models or generative language models.
  • Experience working on projects with set deliverables in a commercial setting.
  • Evidence of Project Management skills.
