Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Project Manager to lead a transformative project to transform our operational and management processes throughout the business. The successful candidate will:

  • Lead the specification, implementation and management of appropriate digital solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage the rollout of improved processes.
  • Lead the implementation of CRM and ERP systems to streamline the companies’ internal processes.
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver improvements in various departments.
  • Lead the optimisation and digitalisation of processes, ensuring seamless integration to improve operational efficiency and production performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to new processes and procedures.


The successful graduate will lead this project, in a supportive partnership with North West Regional College as part of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Boost Programme and will also have the opportunity to avail of a Post Graduate Diploma with Queen’s University Belfast as part of the employment offering.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 2:2 Degree in IT/Computing or Degree in complementary field (Engineering) with significant experience working in an IT environment.
  • Experience implementing ICT systems/Business information software systems. (1 year +).
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland/EU; if you do require a visa/work permit allowing you to work in Ireland/EU you must upload a copy of it with your application.

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous Project Management Experience / Process Mapping Experience (1 year +).
  • Experience working in an installations or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience/Knowledge about the renewable energy sector.
