Dunreidy Engineering Ltd, established in 1989, is a process engineering specialist based in Kilkenny, Ireland. The company provides fabrication, mechanical/electrical installation, and engineering solutions to clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food processing, and industrial sectors. Dunreidy has developed and patented the Hycon cable containment system, which is sold internationally. As part of its digital transformation strategy, the company aims to integrate a digital workforce and job tracking system, enhancing operational efficiency and improving client reporting.
Job Description
The Digital Systems Integration Project Manager will lead the planning, implementation, and integration of a workforce and job tracking system aligned with Dunreidy Engineering’s operational goals. This role focuses on optimising processes and ensuring effective integration with existing platforms such as Sage and Sybiz.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and recommending a digital tracking solution that meets workforce, job costing, and operational requirements.
- Coordinating integration with finance and ERP systems to streamline data entry and improve billing accuracy.
- Collaborating with engineers and site staff to develop intuitive, site-friendly logging tools for hours, materials, and H&S compliance.
- Overseeing testing, phased deployment, and continuous optimisation to ensure successful adoption and system performance.
- Delivering training and user support to ensure smooth rollout and long-term impact.
- This role suits a process-driven project manager with strong communication skills and experience in delivering digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

this project, in a supportive partnership with North West Regional College as part of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Boost Programme and will also have the opportunity to avail of a Post Graduate Diploma with Queen’s University Belfast as part of the employment offering.
