ClearSphere offers single-source-solutions for Cleanroom and Containment requirements and specialises in Cleanroom Solutions, Containment Engineering, Process Systems, Validation and Maintenance, and supply of Process and Cleanroom equipment and accessories.

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of a new digitisation strategy throughout the company. They will be responsible for developing new processes and implementing new and improved data management systems and automated workflows. Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the digitisation process by helping implement a series of new of new digitised processes with the business integrating them throughout all departments.
  • Developing and implementing the most suitable software solutions.
  • Liaising with stakeholders throughout departments and suppliers to ensure the effective rollout of new processes.
  • Be responsible for customising these systems utilising software tools available and customising to the company needs, as well as integrating new software when needed.
  • Coordinate the roll out of digitalisation in various departments within the business.

Liaise with internal ClearSphere team to ensure everyone is maximising the benefits of the system and reporting from the system meets the business needs.

The successful graduate will lead this project, in a supportive partnership with North West Regional College and will also have the opportunity to avail of a Post Graduate Diploma with Queen’s University Belfast as part of the employment offering.

Essential Criteria

  • ICT Degree / Engineering Degree or Degree with significant experience working in an IT environment.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the Republic of Ireland at time of application; if you do require a visa/work permit allowing you to work in Republic of Ireland you must upload a copy of it with your application.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience implementing ICT systems / Business information software systems.
  • Excel and SQL Reporting Experience (1 year +)
  • Previous Project Management Experience / Process Mapping Experience (1 year +)
